A house in The Woodlands, Weston Green was raided by Police who found 330 cannabis plants being cultivated. Virtually every room had been adapted to grow the plants. RA Councillor Maureen Sheldrick who live just 3 doors from the house did not notice anything amiss. Police gave the drugs a street value of £20,000.
It is believed that a member of the public tipped off police on Monday 13th November. DI Chris Raymer of Surrey Police said the set up was "highly professional and well established". Police are looking to speak with two men of SE Asian appearance. Call DC Louise Passingham at Esher CID on 0845 125 2222 |
